Tuna devilled eggs

Where do you stand with devilled eggs? Are they proper party food or something best left in the past?
We personally loved them and have upped the protein level in this recipe by adding tuna to them. Not a big fan of fish? You can leave it out and add a bit more mayo to get the right texture if needed.

  • 1 small can tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
  • 6 large hard boiled egg, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)

Combine the tuna, egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic and dill. Add Tabasco to taste. Fill egg white halves with mixture and sprinkle tops with dill.
