Five ingredient no bake balls.
- 2 apples (cooked)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate or nuts chopped roughly
In a food processor blitz the apple, peanut butter, and dates. Add the rolled oats and pulse until combined.
Take a tablespoon amount and roll into balls.
Refrigerate for 30 mins before serving.
The balls can keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
