Detox soup

If you’re feeling a bit sluggish try this soup to help reset your body. The soup is easy to digest and will help give your stomach and intestines a break. Lentil soup is also low-glycemic, which can help tame your blood sugar.


  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 3 cups good quality chicken stock or broth
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • Salt and pepper to season

Mix ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Stir until well-heated.
