I loved colouring when a kid, with the winter weather just around the corner it is a good time to get started again. Yes.

I have CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) and in spite of medications, it is the colouring in that helps the most.

marg79538 - 9 years ago

I miss your really good jokes, I read them out to a group of older people and they thoroughly enjoy them , however the ones we have been getting recently are really too short for this purpose? Margaret.

Absolutely hooked on it. It is what it says “colour me calm”. Anytime I feel stressed or just want time out I pick up my book and lose myself in the wonder of colour!

Cruises - 10 years ago

I love colouring very calming.

Have brought adult colouring books for my Mum, who is doing very well after the loss of her wonderful husband & my Dad, who I miss but will always love.

I have several chronic health conditions and I find colouring is a lovely, relaxing way to take my mind off any problems.

Thank you – Ireally enjoy colouring in. It sort of takes me away from the present and sorts out the stress levels a little.

thank you

I loved colouring in as a child and I am now taking my 10 year old granddaughter who lost her mum to cancer away for a 2 week holiday and thought we could colour in books together and just relax.

Colouring in is a wonderful idea, very relaxing, something you can pick up anytime to relax especially after some stressful incident. My wife makes greeting cards and says she can use some of the pictures on her cards. It will certainly keep the grandchildren quiet after school while they wait for their parents to pick them up.

Just because I’m a Grown Up doesn’t mean I can’t colour in anymore!

nano - 10 years ago

Adult colouring pages are all the craze as time fillers in school, especially on a cruisey Friday. Thank you.

Have been saving colouring pictures to Pinterest, and printing off as needed. Colouring is very relaxing but can make you late for work…

Lazyboy69 - 10 years ago

I see the advertising for Adult colouring and think is it for me? and because it is for me don’t go any further. I spent many happy hours with my Grandchildren colouring and creating with things from “The Art Box”. I see it is supposed to be relaxing maybe I can download a pic from here and dig out “The Box” for some pencils. Perhaps also reconnect with colouring for adults with the girls over the holidays?
