Just a thought, is there anyone on here who actually knows Chris21-4. He is one of our missing flowers and I was wondering how he is. I miss seeing his lovely Father Christmas face popping up.

As an after-thought, did you realise that there are only 26 more Monday’s until Christmas Eve ❓

I used to enjoy Chris21-4 posts, with his canny sense of humour, Silverfern sorting out the racists (they seem to have gone!) Ocker and his art, footy, and Ozzie humour, Belladonna keeping us informed, and on the right – no left track, Gayebelle my chatty sister, Fionn with his lovely Irish humour and Bosun with her big boobies. The place isn’t the same. 😐

Supergold, I would prefer to ignore your after-thought. Where does the time go?  😉

I also miss ALL of the above folk contributing to the G/ups discussions & interest groups.

Kiwichick I know that darling Mona passed away.  The others are still alive but sadly blocked from this site. Because of various friends lists & shared interests I try to keep in touch with them.

The old adage of ” Do not shoot the messenger” could well apply in the case of those blocked. So many of us had had enough of of being treated like fools by the  overbearing , know it all posters, who insisted on lecturing us. And those blocked were  the messengers. Maybe their way of expressing their feelings was not the best but their sentiments were the feeling of many.

How I miss their diversity in discussion.

I do wonder why the blocked people have not been allowed back

In my time on this site some posters have gotten away with far worse than those who have been blocked/ banned or whatever.

Admin, if you are reading this post  can you advise as to why the ban has not been lifted, or will it be lifted?

As a reasonably long time poster my feeling is that this site is the poorer for the calibre of posters that have been lost.

I agree G1 And KC . I also hope that admin? can look at the blocked ones and contact them to see if they want to come back or vice versa.

Missing a few ,that added some good hearty posts, and had a good Kiwi SOH as well..

    Cheers From Kai

Yes it is strange Kiwichick, I think their banishing was a week or fortnight from what I gather, but this has been four months! Still no communication to the blocked members to know whether it is temporary or permanent.

I have a bad feeling it is permanent.  😐

bobbity, And   I   had  heard  that someone may be  back under a new nom de plume. I don,t know how that works with  Gups terms and conditions.
