Nice to see GS that my pictures are like yours 😉 This was the best of four. It was difficult for the camera to focus because of all the distractions around which I tried to illustrate by showing the image from which the bird was taken.

Here is something unusual I saw at Hall Place today. I don’t know if it is supposed to be a Green Man.

Often I find your images too dark to fully appreciate the primary subject, in this case the tree Here I have singled out the tree and given it a bit more highlight

Hello Doogie Thanks for your comment. I have a ‘phobia’ in the opposite direction with over exposure, so may be I over compensate in the opposite direction. In my usual processing I turn the exposure down by at least one stop to get the highlights right and then boost the dark bits. I put this image up on another site asking for comments, when I last looked nobody had left a comment, just a couple of ‘likes’.

    Any comments from anyone.

took a load of flower images yesterday myself, didn’t see any crocus though Fruitbuns, so appreciated yours. Its the wrong season for them here methinks.
I normally don’t do many street-scapes but like the detail in this one I also took yesterday….it shows the gentle ambiance of Christchurch city on a quiet Sunday afternoon.

Beautiful photos, all of them. Each and every photo has some particular detail that catches my eye. Thanks to all of you.
