The only way to learn what the weather is,look out the window. On Monday the forecast for taupo was Showers, some heavy with possible thunder storm. So I cancelled my usual laundry day. After lunch the sun was still shining so I put a machine load of washing through, hung it out and brought it in a couple of hours later, dry.#1667936drlivingstoneMemberMember since: October 22, 2006

So the government is poking its nose into something best left alone, holding an enquiry into a fighting services action which MAY have resulted in civilian casualties, in Iraq. In war, things happen in the heat of the moment that cannot be documented or even recalled factually. The Army has replied to questions, they are the only ones with any real knowledge, more so that a couple of so called journalists making money from rumours.#1668054kaiapoikenMemberMember since: November 27, 2015

Dono21, very well said. This seems to be an orchestrated effort by certain people to denegrate our Defence Force. In speaking to a friends son who serviced in the SAS in Iraq and Afganistan he said pretty much what you have said here. Things happen in battle and in soldiering that cannot be anticipated. This Stevenson rooster and people like him are only in it for the money, and what annoys me is that the Media take notice of them and go to print without checking their facts. “Fake News” comes to mind.
