A New Start to The 2018 Parliamentary Year  has brought a NEW  Format by The Speaker of The House The Hon. Trevor Mallard. Trevor outlined the day in Parliaments Debating Chamber today. So Andrew Little Minister of Justice will introduce “The Waka Jumping” Bill and Hon David Clark will introduce his Bill on legalising Medicinal Marijuana with laterGreen M.P. Chloe Swarbrick Introducing her  broader based  Marijuana Bill too.I appreciated his sharing of  the doings of the Day. He certainly is humanising   The debating Chamber with his inclusion of family too.

What an idiot is Mallard (aka)and and and Mallard. He loves dishing out extra questions (aka lollies )some to his friends other times some to the opposition .
It has become a real circus and he seems to think he is a lion tamer. Roll on 2020.

Can’t agree with you bsoper. While I have several criticisms of Trevor he does appear to play fair. He awards additional questions to both sides of the house. The only criteria seems to be if a MP is actually trying to elicit information. He is quick to close down any attempt at point scoring or smart answers.
