But sadly we have those incapable of honesty and rational discussion who fall back on their usual method of shutting down truthful discussion by calling others Racist ,trolls and misogynists.
Honesty is something beyond their capability as their minds are closed to reality.
As you say as New Zealanders we must expose those who are violent or promote violence , otherwise nothing will change .
All i say to these people is “open your hearts to love compassion and humility by ridding your minds of violent thoughts and expressions.#1663463drlivingstone January 20, 2018 at 12:56 pmvale019,Agree. I started this discussion for everyone to contribute if they wished or not on November 16th 2013 after reading The Everyday Sexism Project which exists to catalogue instances of sexism experienced by women on a day to day basis. What I became surprised and disappointed at was a few male posters who decried the thread by quoting PC PC or posting inappropriate jokes thinking women loved to be denigrated. Was this there low self esteem or were they thinking it was cool to talk this way?

Every race has its own culture….even the Scottish and English

#1663478drlivingstone January 20, 2018 at 2:50 pmAnd this morning at our excercise class one of our residents told us overnight talkback was full of sexist trolls BS concerning our P.M. Personally I think she will be setting an amazing example in 2018 of what working and family life should be for everyone not two conflicting priorities that have to be balanced but two parts of a whole, complex, fulfilling life. says Radio NZ NEWS.

Look at how Europe advanced both democratically and socially with the demise of Religious and Cultural brainwashing.
There is still a lot to do as there are a lot of fanatics prepared even to murder to achieve their misguided beliefs.
Just look at how Ireland is divided by the actions of the bible bashing Jesus freaks and god lovers.
Just watch your TV every Sunday morning and see how these Gullible Americans are so brainwashed that these TV evangelists totally control their Finances thoughts and actions.
As i am sure you all know. “A child is born free, but its life and mental freedom is soon shattered by adults who immerse and drown this freedom in the mire of a religion or culture.
Maybe us women will someday reduce men to mere enslaved chattels and to the satisfaction of Women”s liberationists and their male backers, misogyny will in theory be erased and replaced with Misandry But ask yourself how will this achieve peace love and compassion on our planet.
There is no Racism or hatred in striving for mental freedom#1663628vale019 January 21, 2018 at 8:38 pmThe christian church was not immune to sexism and, unfortunately, in many religions it is still part & parcel of their philosophy.
It is only relatively recently that women have been allowed to become priests in some religions – as for aspiring to a higher office…. I am not sure if there has been a great deal of success in that particular area or not? Maybe one or two only?? It has been uphill work for these women as it still can be in everyday life for a great number of women.#1663669drlivingstone January 22, 2018 at 8:20 amAnd the significance of the unity of 673 womens marches across seven continents and in every corner of the globe cannot be under-estimated over this past weekend. From Australia and Peru to Lebanon and Malawi even Antarctica marchers joined in to speak out against sexism, racism and attacks on equality in the USA and around the world. Lots of signs like Trump Not my President Girls just want to have fundamental rights,We can, We Have We will,Patriarchy is for DI..SLove Trumps Hate,We The People,The “worm is turning”?
