Hello Bunnyhop, I’m looking forward to seeing everyone. It seems a long time since the Strawberry Cafe. I’m moving to Aidanfield – Annies Lane – good address for me as the family all call me Granny Annie! I may be wrong but I think one of the group lives out that way as well. Today the carrier brought heaps of cartons – I’m sure I don’t enough stuff to fill them all. So the next few days are going to be rather busy and a lovely time with the Grownups group will be just what I need by Friday. Ann

Hello everyone. Hope you’re all well. I’m on the mend. The bruising is going, but it certainly gave me a huge fright. Hope to see you all on Monday. Sheryl messaged me today to say Brian Drummond from Invercargill passed away today , he had liver cancer and died in the hospice in Riverton. He enjoyed coming to Our coffee mornings with us , when he was in Christchurch.

i Have an appointment with my optometrist tomorrow, to see if I’ll need both my lenses replaced. Take care. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

Just catching up, with news on here. Sorry to here you haven’t been well Greta. Did you have a fall?. Also got a shock to see Brian had passed away. Is a relation of ours but we hadn’t  heard although we did know he wasn’t  well. Do you still have a monthly coffee morning at a cafe other than McDonalds. We will still try to go when you are on our side of town . Have a good day everyone.

Greta it is good to hear that you are almost back to normal. It sounds like you had a fall! A nasty experience and something we have to careful about as we age! I was hoping that I would be able to join you all for lunch on Thursday but that is my day to take reading in the afternoon at school. I’m slowly getting settled. As the buyers of my place bought the lounge furniture I have been out shopping! Have been to most of the furniture places – it has been quite a big decision. I bought 2 tub chairs at Big Save and have ordered an L shaped settee ( a chaise they told me).  Won’t be ready for at least a month. Have Eco Mirror and Frames coming next week to put up the bigger pictures – then it will feel much better. Hope you all have a lovely lunch – I will be thinking of you. Ann 011

So pleased to hear you’ve recovered fro your fall Bunnyhop. With Sheryl not attending the lunch this Thursday, I also won’t be able but all in good time , hope to see you lovely people again.
I am still battling my health issues, only seem to attend hospital appointments these days but, God Willing, do hope to escape to Queensland in August to spend time with my dear, now widowed sister in law. Will be my first trip flying since having my pulonary embolism, so dreading what my travel insurance will now be..probably more than the plane ticket.    🙁  Wishing you all winter warmth and have a lovely lunch on Thursday. 🙂
