This is great news Desi, i am so pleased for you and your mum. You have been through so much this year, and you deserve the best. I know if Graeme was still here, he would have kept up a fuss about the way you have been treated.

Keep the chin up high now dear friend.

That’s marvelous news, Desi. I’m so pleased for you.  What an enormous amount of stress that has lifted from your shoulders.  Take care; look forward to meeting up again for a frugal Friday lunch.   🙂 xxx

Following up on Flash’s suggestion that we have a celebratory Monday coffee morning here in the community lounge, would you be happy to make it Labour Weekend Monday? I will be home from Golden Bay on Friday, and I can bring my Mum over for coffee. Still having difficulty believing it is all over.

Claire you must be feeling much more relaxed now.
This my first night on my own in my new place as Janice has stayed with me for a couple of nights.
I don’t know what I would have done without her as she has sorted all my place out for me. I am completely exhausted but she must be even more than me as has done most of the physical work for me. Brad has been great as he has been downing all the men’s jobs like installing a stand alone pantry and a lovely bathroom cabinet plus all the other things I have wanted. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful family.
I will not be at coffee tomorrow as we still have a few things to do and I’m supposed to be taking things easy for a few days after my little mishap the other night.
Hope you all have a good morning at coffee and hope to catch up again next week
    Cheers

Good evening everyone. Lovely to see everyone this morning at McDonald’s there were10 of us. Wogs, Judy, Bessi, Rosie Posie, Izzy, Robert, Audrey, Flash Gordon, jamface, and myself.

Had a talk about the Xmas lunch venue. Decided to go to the chateau on the park. I went there today and have booked in for lunch on December 17th At 12 o’clock. I have a copy of 2 menus for you to look at.

Gordon suggested we have a get together with Claire’s mum to celebrate the good news. Rather than having our October frugal Friday, we decided to go to Harper gardens to enjoy a pot luck lunch with Lesley.

Next week being labour weekend is at McDonald’s in merivale. I won’t be there. Enjoy your labour weekend. Hope the weekend will be 😎😎😎🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️
