I've travelled right up into Yorkshire
So I thought I'd log in and talk t'ya
Had such a nice day
And my cold's going away
No more of that rain ('twas a torture)

Today it was Whitby I saw
What a lovely town, and there's more
The Abbey in ruins
'Twas the Vikings doings
Not a window, a roof, or a door

So I had fish'n'chips for my lunch
Real tasty and lovely to munch
I'm back where I stay
What a beautiful day
Whitby, I'll say "Thanks a bunch!"

Janda, I'd love to go there
But then I'd love to go anywhere
Glad you're having fun
For when you are done
You'll have some adventures to share.

You're making us jealous again
Mr Janda, - no longer in pain
and seeing such sights
while the weather delights
And we're to have storms, hail and rain.

But we're pleased that you're now getting well
And our thanks that you took time to tell
