If the pain is radiating down into the little fingers, bite down firmly on both little fingers. Also massage the little fingers frequently...on the tips.

Sapphire, that's wonderful to have a proper diagnosis at last...now he can start understanding himself. fear can make us behave in bad ways, or odd ways. hopefully this is the beginnings of a wonderful new relationship for you at last..things can only improve from now surely. i think I mentioned bach flowers somewhere..they are perfectly safe with any kind of drug and can do wonders for the negative emotions.
Plus you can change them to suit the way he is behaving at any given point. I know someone who was suicidal who completely changed when he was on these.
there is a booklet available from health stores that list the bach remedies and what emotion they deal with, and you can choose up to 6 appropriate ones to be put into a bottle of rescue remedy. You get 3 bottles and when they run out at approx 6 weeks you go off them and reassess later when needed. They are cheap to buy. I would like to say I could email you a copy of my lists, but our last power outage has caused my scanner copier to not go at all..not even a light showing on it.!!! I am hopping mad about that.
Mudwitch..isn't it lovely how your problems have been helped, and how you stuck through it. I always say, when negative things happen.."it is temporary, and we can get through this".......

All the very best to you Sapphire & Gee-Bee, may you have the results you desire. Mudwitch, if you should come back to this discussion, could you tell me what that fruit-based supplement is that you mentioned? and where it can be obtained?
Many thanks.

Both my husband and son have ADD Sapphire - they seem to have escaped the hyperactive component (In fact it's a common joke in our household that a little hyperactivity from the blokes wouldn't go amiss). Son was diagnosed at 8 years or thereabouts, his Dad was in his late 40s and had to travel to Wellington to obtain a diagnosis. Both were prescribed Ritalin, which has had a lot of bad press, but for our family has given the lads control over their condition and seen them both succeed in areas where their tendancy to think predominently outside the square is an advantage, not a disorder. I love the fact that my blokes are eccentric - they're creative, intelligent, amusing, oftimes irreverent, - they're also untidy, disorganised and not always able to pick up on the body language that says "I've had enough - it's time to back off now", but that's a minor irritation in a life made all the more interesting for sharing it with ADD. I'm the very picture of normality myself of course - yeah, right!

lol..I'm sure you are 'normal' G racer..
you sure did well. funny that you and yours do well on the drugs, So many just cant take them without such bad side effects.
Since the liver is involved in handling things we put in our bodies, maybe you and family have top notch livers in great working order.
My family and myself have inherited liver weaknesses and we can't handle so much.
Your men sound great!

GEE BEE..Did Dr do any real tests on your heart ?????
You may have put your neck or back out while doing the wood..in that case you need either an anti inflam or a manipulator or both.
With angina the pain usually radiates from the left upper arm down into the little finger....but it can be just a tightening in the upper left arm, occasionally it may show on the right arm.
Angina is sort of a heart attack in itself, but many times is a warning.
There is a product called Tri circ and it will strengthen the heart and stop angina attacks. ( The spray you used does not fix the heart, it simply works on the synptome) The product mentioned removes the tiredness that is also associated with poor heart function.
You need to see if it is actually your back at fault..you may have overdone it that day, hence the tiredness. The jaw pain, both arms, and the fact that you have no chest pains seems to point to another possibility regarding the cause.
If the pain is radiating into the little finger it is a good sign of the heart playing up. tri circ is the answer for that. I use it if I ever get any feeling at all and it disappears almost immediately.
Get back to me ok and let me know what is happening.
