Can it be revamped with a twist, Fern. We did try another 5 letter game that fizzed. Shall we let it go ?

Let's ponder on it a bit! Perhaps it's time it died a natural death and maybe we can think of a totally new game to try. Get thinking everyone!

Just had a thought.....what say we put two letters together, e.g. "sh" or "th" and see how many words we can make with those two letters in each word. They can be anywhere in the word as long as they're kept together. If you reckon that sounds promising, I'll go and start a new game as it will just be confusing carrying on here.

Input please you guys!

Having given my last idea a bit more thought, we'd have to restrict it in some way, like only 5 or 6 letter words otherwise a game could last a month! LOL

Good one BJ! We'll wait to see what the others think as it might need a bit of fine tuning to get it right. When you think about it, there's heaps of 2 letter combinations that sort of go naturally together and it could make a fun game.

Ok sounds fun....just tell us what to do and we'll have a go. Not quite sure what you mean but we'll all catch on. I for one enjoy coming in here and being challenged by 'words'. would hate to see the whole thing fizzle out and i think we have all got to know each other a bit better.

Hi All, just back from Organic River Festival. Seems a bit has gone on since last thursday. I'd like to keep going in some form. Love popping in a couple of times a day, or in the midle of the night when sleep eludes me. The th or sh sounds good to me.
Wow the wind storm has just hit kapiti. Think it will be a wild night.

Righto! we'll give it a go, but I'm going over to start a new thread, as if anyone new comes along they won't have a clue what's going on, and also this thread is very long. So you all head over there and watch for the new game. I'll call it "Two letter challenge".

Cool I found it before I came here. Things stop becoming a challenge after a while.
