Thank you bobbity, I was going to have a go at that my self.

I am going to add another (22) but an explanation first. when I was 14 I learnt a good lesson. I was in hospital for an eye operation and afterward felt fairly down as would most teenagers would when they found out they are not indestructible, when a 3 year old was running around generally being a pain in the area one sits. I asked one of the nurses what he was in for & was told he was blind in one eye & was going to have an operation on the other with a more than 50% chance that he would go completely blind. So: No matter how bad things are for me, there is ALWAYS someone worse off.

12 being able to feel empathy for people and feel what they are feeling to as great an extent as possible.
13 To be able to offer advise in such a manner that the person to which it was offered doesn't feel they HAVE to accept it.
14 To have an open mind and never stop learning.
15 Being able to achieve things that other people said I couldn't do (that's my favourite!)
16 I recognize that I need to cherish the good things around me and send the daily bad news to the bin.
17 I shall add being able to be at peace with onesself, lol
18 give to my neighbour unconditionly and to accept humbly any help that comes to me when I need it.
19 strength to endure what ever adversity comes my way
20 be strong enough to defend that which I know is good and repel that which is harmful to me and those I love dearly.
21 "To be able to offer advice in such a manner that the person to whom it was offered believes it was THEIR OWN idea. " When I can do that, I feel really great!! :-)
22. No matter how bad things are for me, there is ALWAYS someone worse off.
