Has any member had bad experiences with this firm
Craftmatic Ptd. Ltd.? We are having an ongoing battle to get a refund or credit for the difference in price between a latex mattress (originally ordered)
which was not satisfactory and an inner spring which was eventually supplied. This firm have been
convicted of wrong-doing in Western Australia and Queensland.

Impossible to deal with this firm. I have repeatedly sought information on
the respective prices of mattresses. I received a letter from the firm's solicitor which gave a lot of information that was not sought, (much of which I consider to be spurious) but still did not answer the question that I have repeatedly posed. This solicitor has repeatedly ignored every subsequent e-mail sent. I would counsel against dealing with this firm in any way.

I am wondering whether you have been able to reslove this or are you still having problems with this firm? I have just discovered my mother has signed up for a bed, she cancelled the order but they have banked her cheque anyway. We haven't been able to get hold of them as yet to request a refund. I am a tad woried! Cheers.
