I'm looking for a quiet, private, tidy sanctuary for my new home in the Gisborne or East Coast area. Ideally under $180 per week if possible. Anything that matches the above will be considered.
I'm happy to look at living anywhere in the East Coast region, not neccessarily just in the Gisborne area.

I'm 32, a non-smoker, non-drinker, no parties (I like the quiet life!), vegetarian, respectful and mature. I have two well behaved fully house-trained mature cats.
