This is a great way to improve health and well being. You exercise the body and the mind. There are classes throughout New Zealand.
Here in Christchurch, I'll be taking two new beginner courses starting February. Straight belly dance on Thursday evenings and a mix of belly dance and exercise to music on Tuesdays.
