Belladonna - those unable to save for a genuine reason would be SUBSIDISED so they are included in participation.
Isn't that more fair and effective than subsidizing relatively prosperous KiwiSavers to become easily even more prosperous sometimes not even by saving more, but by just SHIFTING their savings to where subsidies are available for bigger rewards at taxpayer expense?
