Hello, Aggie, I think the offending tree is on the corner of Kilburn and Mooray, the slightly over grown tree side.
I've had an interesting few days, Friday I went to work and was fine, had pain killers etc and didnt really think about it as I was so busy, BUT, Saturday morning I woke up and felt like someone had smacked me in the jaw, sooo stiff and aching, more painkillers!!! since then I've just been keeping on top of taking pain killers and not letting them run ut if that makes sense. Finding things I CAN eat is fun because my top and lower front teeth dont line up, my lower teeth bite against the roof of my mouth so have gone and bought a stick blender and now wizz all my food so I can eat it as I'm HUNGRY!!!! lol, and to think I have to go through this all again in July when I get the front ones out...maybe I should've just gone with the whole lot at once, never mind, at least next time I'll be more prepared. Apart from that everythings ticking along nicely, have my stitches in my mouth out on Thursday, which will be good as they annoy me, can feel them with my tongue and feels like I have a hair in my mouth lol...talk soon LIBZ smile

Ouch LF, you are so not having much fun.sadsadsadsad Maybe with the pain killers don't wait the 4 hours before you take the next lot. Was good advice from a dr once regarding flu. If you wait the allotted time you get fluctuations as they have worn off and then take a while to become effective again.

My bottom teeth go up behind to ones also, bit of a proverbial pain. Little miss nearly 6 had second wiggly tooth today and was biting against the white part of a water bottle. She was sitting on the arm of my chair at the time. All of a sudden there's a scream and 'my tooth, my tooth', a little bit of blood and no sign of said tooth. A bit later I brushed my collar thinking there was a crumb on it and lo and behold - 1 toothlollollol Daughter looked in the mouth later on and said ' I think she is going to have our bottom teeth Grandma.' Said not to worry as Oz teen grandie did also and now thanks to modern intervention they are perfectly straight.

Red rhodo - couldn't grown them up country because of lime so it was a thrill to find them growing here. Imagine my dismay when we had a council order to cut it back last year as it was over the footpath. I rang them and told them how many years I had waited to be able to grow rhodos and that it would be cut back when it finished flowering and not before.smilesmilesmilesmile

Hi all, fair enough aggie, I thought it was gorgeous when flowering...Oh and did I see you sitting in the front window the other evening? my hubby and I walked past about 7.15.
I think you are right about the taking the next lot of pain killers before the old lot wear off, the last 2 days I've only had to take some in the morning, afternoon and before bed, have been a lot better, will be glad to get my stitches out tomorrow tho, they are annoying me, i keep feeling them with my tongue. Were supposed to come out after 5 days, so that would've been Tuesday but I work till 1.30 and the only appointment they had was 11.15 so I had to wait till Thursday afternoon so I'll be happy then. then I get a 5 mths break to let these gums heal and shrink till we start the next round lol, at least I'll have more idea of what I'm in for and how to deal with things better. Talk again soon smile LIBZ

Probably LF. Wasn't sitting there soliciting though, the sewing machine and overlocker are in front of the bedroom window to get the best light and I had just started another quilt.lollollol

Thanks for your offer Aggie, I just drive myself lol, I'm pretty brave really, although I think next time I'm gonna ask my Mum to come (when I have the 6 front ones out) as I did feel a lil woozey after the 5 back ones and probably shouldnt have driven but it's only around the corner, I thought he was only taking 2 and then 3 this past week but he did the whole 5 instead lol. I have another scale and clean of my bottom teeth scheduled in May and also in may they will start taking impressions for the top denture, is good to already have appointment times sorted, am aiming to get the final extraction and plate in sometime in the first week of July (school holidays ) so I can hide at home for 2 wks untill I'm comfortable with my new teeth smile

Then off to the dentist on Tuesday to see if my bottom teeth are ready. wink

I am in in Auckland and would like to use a dentist/technician who has been recommended rather than find someone in the yellow pages.
I have decided to have new top and bottom plate made but some of the results I have seen walking around fill me with dread. Can you help or does the forum not allow for names to be published. Thanks for any help.
