If you get a look at the phone number that comes up on your phone you will see that it originates overseas, so it's costing them. To date, since they started we have had 8 of these calls to fix the computer and I have tried all sorts of ruses on them, but they are persistant. Now I just get downright "lippy" with them, to the extent that I wouldn't be at all surprised to have the "politically correct" brigade knocking on the door with a policeman in tow. Best advice ? Hang Up.
