Her next mistake, missing his manicure appointment. He wasn't too happy when, to add to her overwhelming bloopers, she typed Mrs Carter when addressing his resignation letter.

Next day Daphne didn't fare much better and managed to completely alienate most of the civil servants she had contact with when she sent an email to Paula Bennett asking if she would like to advise Mr. Carter on his poor public image.
