If you had seen that dog six months ago you would have thought he whould be PTS. He was so traumatised we couldn't put a hand on him. Having a hyper dog for him to play with was a good thing, it brought him out of himself.
Don't know what had happened to him, but I am certain he'd felt a boot on a regular basis.
He's been great for our hyper dog too, calmed her down.
They go swiming every day, have romps on the beach, and life is just the best for him.
I love him to bits. He is very like my old dog in looks, with the lovely black eyeliner, and when I saw him cowering at the SPCA I knew I had to bring him home and save him
I'll post some 'before' photos and the one Ocker is working off as the painting progresses.

and to A.P that is so like they are,,, looks like the wee nose is made of Velvet
and hasnt ocker got it down to a T..
Like all of us
and the animals too ,,a bit of love never did any of us any HARM..

He's a beautiful fellow Annie and taking him in was a great thing to do. I'm glad he's doing so well now.. Nice work so far Ocker.
