Hi bpab,
Have you now got Windows 7 instead of XP or VISTA, is that what you mean?
What browser are you using, is it Firefox or Internet Explorer 8 ?
Is your version of real Player the latest one? sorry about the questions but you didn't give much info to go on.

Hi bpab,
I don't know about the "download now" box. I looked at a couple of youtubes but nothing like that showed up. Are you actually saying that you cannot view youtubes videos, or that you are unable to save them?
Sorry I can't be of more help to you.

Hi Cookybaby,
Looking again at this problem I selected Realplayer to try and find out what version I actually have, and up popped a message to inform me that it was out of date and to down load the up date, which I have done.So I now have RealplayerSP.Now when I view Youtube video the "DOWNLOAD THIS VIDEO" appears which allows me to do just that,so my problem is solved. So thank you for your interest and replies.
For something different ,I have also purchased a "Gensis" wireless keyboard and mouse. The keyboard is hopeless, missing letters and sometimes doubling the letter, altoggethher frustrating. That "altogether" is exactly as it came!So I think it needs to go back.
Cheers bpab

Ok, glad you got it sorted ok. I wondered if it was Real player.
Yes, take the keyboard back, it may be faulty or the battery is low in it.

Hi Cookybaby,
Good thinking---a change of batteries seemed to have done the trick. You
would expect with a new item they would be OK.
Thanks again.bpab cool
