Hi all,
A little favour to ask.
I entered an international competition by GAP Adventures, where you create your own tour, and if it wins, then you get to go on it.
So I designed a tour to highlight the valuable work two organisations that I have volunteered with are doing at the coalface of human/wildlife conflict.Hoping at the very least to publicise those organisations.Never thought much more about it.But last weekend I was advised my creation is in the final 20 of this huge worldwide competition, and the judges(Lonely Planet, NatGeo, etc) must have liked my idea enough to put it up with the best.
Now it needs public votes.
Your vote will help those organisations that exist without any government funding, and solely on volunteers, by publicising them worldwide.I would like to win of course, but I am going back there anyway, win or not.So you're not voting just for me, it's a vote for orphan cheetahs, injured baboons, homeless lions, wounded leopards, and protection of Namibia's desert elephants.
Please follow the link and vote. You also can enter the random draw to win a slot on my tour should it win.

Thanks, and the beers/wine are on me if I win
