A NZ book ,with case studies -could have been written about my experiences when a terrible woman took charge of a previously happy and productive team (Ever seen grown women whimper and cry ? )It was very reassuring to read that bully's targets were perceived by them ,as better than themselves ,and interesting in that, as in our case , management refused to do anything .(even when so many staff were driven to leave )A very good study in human relations ,and excellent advice.

That must have been a horrible experience Emelle -- How did you handle the problem ... did you leave the job? I must have a look at that book.
