Two reasons, (1) just incase it goes missing & (2) just incase the dispute what you actually sent!

Me neither ocker. Crikey its an invasion all around the world. Geraldine would be closer to Darfield than here i think, which is where it all started.

Never felt that new quake at all. 4.3. 10kms east of Christchurch and 9 kms deep. Strange.

hi Joybel, What's gone is gone but that's my suggestion for next time, then they can never say "That wasn't told to us" or such like. We always keep a copy of anything sent into an insurance co or Government department. Save lots of arguments.

I did feel it, it got me up out of bed early , wasnt much but it was a long rolly one , nuffin fell down tho'

I didn't feel it either Joybel, maybe because at 8 a.m. I thought bother it, turned over and went back to sleep. Had felt a minor one about 3ish though, the bedroom wall creaked and cracked and there was a 'gentle motion' of the bed - not in it Think it helped put me to sleep.

I haven't felt any apart from a small one the other morning.
