If anyone need's convincing to give it up they only have to come watch me shuffle around the back yard! eekeek

But 2 of me kids still cough and gasp out on them every day!

I tell them (A) look at me and (B) look at the bloody price tag!

Not much gets me going, but I watched some lovely crunchy rye bread being made on TV and decided I wanted some. Off to Countdown and wore myself out looking for rye flour. No joy for Joy there. I still want my rye bread so that means a trip to Bin Inn. Not a nice day for pounding the pavement and catching the bus. Could make wholemeal, but not keen on that sort. Oh well have to see if the desire and energy level is worth the effort.sad

Discovered last week that my Comprehensive House Replacement policy is worth just under $500 annually....to the insurance company that is! It is worth nothing to me.

It would seem that any bathroom/water damages are only claimable if a pipe gets hit by a bit of space debris demolishing my bathroom, or something else equally unlikely.

My biggest grizzle is that after 39 years with the same company their first question was whether or not I have a criminal record and when I said no they carried on to say that if I was being untrue it would affect my claim which didn't eventuate anyhow.

To have them question my honesty and then suggest I get lost was unbelievable. I think insurance companies design policies to please themselves and not their clients and we can take it or leave it. Grrr.

Joybel, like you I became all inspired to make Rye Bread, bought the rye flour from New World last year. Think it has since been fed to the chooks.redfaceredfaceredface
