Agreed. When someone goes into a home you can see them going downhill.My Mum, who lived to be ninety-one always retained her interest in life,cooked her own meals, had a pride in her appearance. Even as an old lady she always had an ironed hanky in her purse and another to lend. She would never have gone out with an unironed handkerchief!She never went into a home.

I really think,that it is important,that caring for people, in their own,homes is very important.these people, seem to be more content,than those,who stay in full time care 24/7.Gwenda
