And don't you think accumulating some money in their - i.e. all-inclusively everyone's - name in the NZ Super Fund - which would be available towards 1st home ownership mortgage repayment together with KiwiSavings - would also help towards getting all our poor people up to "middle class" prosperity eventually, make us all feel better, and help the New Zealand economy a lot by having us all "pulling in one (wealth creative) direction"?

The best way to tackle disadvantage is to ensure that all children succeed in school, that basic literacy and numeracy training is available to all, that workers in dying industries can re-train, and that the welfare system does not trap people in dependency - nor allow them to stay on a benefit in the long term in areas where there are no jobs
