Can anyone help with recipes, knowledge of these cookers some good soul must be using these gadgets, I can only get a publication from the USA and I do'nt like the idea of buying a book unseen

Hi Mud, I too am looking at one of these cookers. My microwave is just about ready to quit & I haven't room for both, so I am wondering if it would replace it. If you Google -- Oven>convection>turbo you will get some interesting sites (including a couple of video sites) They are of course American. The ovens are more advanced (digital control) than those available in NZ. So if anyone in NZ has & used one let us know.

Hello Mud, Further to my last post I have purchased an Easycook Oven from Noel Leeming. These originate in Australia and my research has found they are really the only ones worth getting here in NZ. They are all glass construction and quite heavy, the polycarbonate tend to crack and are fairly shortlived (depending on usage I guess) I have put another comment on this site (somewhere) requesting any info from NZers.
