Am now back in great, loveable Palmy....oh what bliss!!!!

Still have the "flue" but cosy here with a roaring fire burning.
Plum...it was almost as cold as this in Melbourne and Hobart...I will tell you a shocking story at our next get-together!!!!

Cant put it on here...never know who is reading it!!!!!
Look forward to the June meeting....or whenever we meet next.
Trimnan....you didnt have the "usual" at Aquaba????

Great to see you are back safe and sound Beanie13! There really is 'no place like home' especially when you aren't firing on all cylinders.
No, as you have read - I was VERY restrained and had a very healthy lunch!
Can't wait to hear your 'shocking' story! Sounds interesting!

Hello Everyone,
Wasnt it a great lunch last Thursday...good to have so many bodies looking on as we indulged in some sustenance..

. missed you Ziggy and Beannie [and whoever else was not there!!],
but will look forward to catching up next month...
which was decided -after MUCH discussion- to be at the ELM,Fitzherbert Avenue...we will keep Otaki for the warmer daze[days]
So get out the diaries and RED pens...find Thursday June 14.....write in capitals--- 11.54 am GROWN UPS LUNCH at the ELM, FITZHERBERT AVENUE
nearer the time I will book a table..difficult to eat when sitting on the floor [hard to reach the table]..sorry some GUs have such a pathetic sense of humour!!!
Did you enjoy the frost this morning...enough to make the blood run quickly to keep warm
Take care everybody
maybe a coffe in between now and then might be a good idea?????
Cheers

Hi all, the sun is out, that is always cheerful, however winter is looming in that cool air, but nothing nicer than a sunny crisp day. I feel a poem coming on
PV that's an interesting time to meet 11.54
Beanie, you'll just have to stop bringing back Aussie bugs
We'll tune in in June for the story...

Oh Darn,Plum...
I never was good at figures,
but do you realize that was an intelligence test...just wanted to see who ACTUALLY read the messages.
.so full marks for you...clap,clap,clap applause abounds...whew....whew...
.
Just to have another try...we will make it 11.45am just to be conventional!!
Ziggy, sounds as though you are well energised at the monent,so that is a bonus...compensates for the frosty weather we have had lately...
A coffe sounds excellent, I await instructions [directions and TIME!!]
Bye for now
