"Maybe we'd best wait for the end of the trial. BD, he already had a trial and was found guilty. "
That's also true of Arthur Allan Thomas,OKK - & he was innocent.

No Arthur Alan Thomas was never found to be innocent, he got a political pardon.

Nonetheless OJ,he was deliberately framed & therefore innocent, regardless of court findings & the pardon.

David Bain's bloody fingerprints were found on the rifle. No framing necessary in his case.

I was sure in the beginning that David wouldn't have had the guts to do it but now I am not so sure - the prosecution evidence is stacking up everyday. I wonder what the defence team has up its sleeve - it had better be good. Also how can David sit there day after day listening to all the gory story - without saying 'enough is enough - okay - I did it!' He is the only person who can know for sure and he isn't telling. However I do believe he had promised Joe Karam that he was innocent before he spent all that money and put his neck out for him. I truly cannot guess how it will all end - maybe acquitted because of lack of concrete evidence!

I have wondered if Joe Karam had even heard all the evidence that has been presented , as it might alter his thinking,as it has mine.Much of the evidence so far was never mentioned in his book for him to challenge.

I think the judge should abort the trial and save us some money. If Bain is found guilty wil the bill be presented to him?

Joybel, don't you realise that it is all set up to make poor old Joe more from his books and film. As he is an ex-cop who was pissed off with the department he is just trying to get more money out of it and to embarras the Police as much as he can. And there was so much poor police work that it's a wonder they got it past the first jury.

What I would like to know is, what evidence did the defence manage to bar the prosecution from using when they went to the High Court the week before the retrial started? All details were suppressed.

I would like to know why some of the evidence presented by the prosecution at this trial was not presented in the first trial. Could it be they had him stitched up after moving things around a bit.?
Move over Grisham , Old Jack's going to be the new sensational crime writer of fiction. What a fabulous plot. Love it O.J.

I Hate the fact that all this money has been spent on the trial. Think of this though. Robin Bain has been accused of killing his Family, how awful for his extended family having the finger pointed at them, he needs to be exonerated, lets face a lot more money is wasted on other things.Joe Karam hasn't gone into this for nothing, he has had the movie rights and any other rights signed over by David. Joe Karam wasn't even at the first trial. I bet he is coughing his rompers now.Facts are facts prints in the blood on the rifle.I don't think he should be out of prison, he killed 5 members of his Family, who would want him living next door? When will he snap again, this was premeditated murder all planned and thought out, not just a random act. Psychiatric ward for life, The justice system is way too soft, I would be devastated if that were my extended Family how do you recover from that?. So terribly sad.

Yep but Jesus said he did not come to change the law but to fulfil it so the old one stays as far as I am concerned.
