Judge has changed the ruling about streaming the trial as there is a possibility that prospective witnesses will watch it. They are not allowed in the Court room until they give their evidence.

Could this go down in history as the most farcical trial of the century?

Yep, should have left him locked up. I watched Helen Cull questioning the photographer and my opinion is that she is dragging it out as long as she can (she gets paid by the hour). She asked the most banal questions over and over and over again.

I have been following this and am starting to wonder why the allegations of incest regtading Robin took so long to be brought forward. Maybe it was David who was involved in the incest, after all he is so weird that he would probably not have been able to get any on his own.

Not according to the neighbours. They said he was a quiet, well spoken lovely man. Anything else is merely hearsay. There was never any hint of this so-called incest before.

Where was Robin Bain when David was rampaging around the house with a rifle, and were the murders committed before or after the paper round. Robins body was still warm where the familys' were cool. So, why was this if David killed them all ?
