I see there are quite a few GUPS on the shore now - so would be easy enough to meet in Takapuna one day. There doesn't have to be anyone *In charge* - all it needs is one person to set a date and time and place - Doesnt matter if there are 2 or 22 turn up. I am busy all next week and after that wont be available untill February after the kids are all back at school. But that doesnt stop you lovely people from meeting up. Come on ladies and gentlemen - step out of your comfort zone and make 2009 the year of adventurerazz

Thats a good idea Marianne it would save coming across the bridge every time, wouldn't want to loose touch with the lovely ladies in your group, but perhaps all the groups could merge occasionally. Where in Takapuna would you suggest? I'm not very familiar with the area. Albany is my shopping, etc area.biggrin

Doesnt have to be takapuna Sophie cat - could b Albany. I think the *coffee club* cafe on the corner where the main traffic lights are in Takapuna is the easiest to find. But if Albany is easier for you, see how many u can get to meet there. georgie would probable help in organising something.
Good luck

We're going to be staying at Whangaparaoa for a few days between 8 - 13 January. If you happen to organise a meeting in that area somewhere - or North Shore - I'd really like to try to meet some of you.
