Did my first 5km walk in the Hamilton half marathon on Sunday The rain stopped for awhile so didn't get wet good bunch of people heaps of people becoming very popular now they are allowing the walkers in Next trip will be doing Doc free guided bush walks am so looking forward to that It will get me trained up for the Rotorua Redwood 10 km in March

Thats fantastic..,,,, theres no better way to keep fit than walking I think, which reminds me ,must go and do half an hour of that myself. You just jogged my memory..
Well done and all the best in the Redwood 10k. Fantastc scenery etc in that neck of the woods ...Enjoy and remisce for us as you take part!!! Cheers Kai
