If anyone living within easy reach of Huapai (near Kumeu) would like to join me for a Devonshire Tea, please let me know. On Tuesdays and Wednesday mornings a lovely local cafe does them for $6 for the over 55's, and supplies the most beautiful, light scones (fruit or cheese) you've ever tasted.
It could be a fun morning on a winter's day :-)
