G'day again Pearly....

Do not chuck 98 away as it's a bloody good system....nowthen, many people who upgraded to Vista have gone back to XP due to problems with vista, and I believe MS are in the process of upgrading XP even further, again, due to public demand and anger over Vista's problems.

These are only rumours that I've heard from computer people over some time now, but in saying that there's a completely new XP upgrade sitting in my puter right now, but it shall stay there till I'm completely satisfied it's faults have been ironed out and this may take some months.

Cheers.

hi there squirter..so far i have had no trouble with vista so thats good.but i like my win 98 for its able to take a lot of the now programmes..i have a drawing programe on there for hubby ,which is not what i would put on vista . everything seems to have to be vista compatable ,and new programs cost,,so i will be keeping that one for awhile.
Shara you still right click the google bar and look at customise the toolbar..thats where you should be able to remove it.cheers there

Pearly you little gem,

Here is the holy grail for most, if not all problems with all MS systems, It's dead simple to follow.

Keep it on your puter love you never know when it's required.
