I've dabbled in acrylics but took up water colour painting the year before last. I thought it was a medium foe children. How wrong I was!!!! I now find it the most satisfying medium to work with.......... I painted this yesterday........ from a photo of my own wine barrel pond.

The image is in the forum now biggrin

JustKaty I think your work is wonderful too!!

I was going to ask the same questions as LadyP smile
I thought your cake decorations were beautiful and such a lovely keepsake.
The orchids on the duvet are spectacular, you have a wonderful talent.

Thanks for the comments.
Fabric painting; I have my own fabric paints, which I have been using for years. Textile paints - acrylic base - will do the same thing.
Blend while wet to shade and colour. Iron to fix.
The Designs I create myself for whatever results.
Cold Porcelain; This is a molding paste created from PVA glue, Cornflour and a few other ingredients. A little like bread dough that used to be the bee's knees when we were kids!
Cheers
Katy

LadyP. I must also say I love your water lillies. You have executed this so well. Congratulations. Water colours are so much fun, I agree.

How did you get to post your picture in here.

So-o-o-o-o much more interesting.

Katy
