Another little hint in my my bible. Take equal parts of pollen granules and pumpkin kernals. blend in the blender. Use 1dstp sprinkled over cereal each morning. Six weeks should show some success. Does anyone still take bee pollen ? Would six weeks seem too long for relief ?

Compared to Epilobium, a herb, that is quite slow Joybel, but brilliant nonetheless.
I can't take bee pollen as it makes me extremely unwell, and i read that hay fever and asthma cases shouldn't have it. but if you don't have those problems go for it. lots do very well on it and they advertise, or used to, on TV a lot.
For the men who prefer not to swallow pills, they should try this recipe.
