I wouldnt be too sure that Zone Alarm is responsible for your problems.
Remember folks that Windows built in firewall only stops inbound traffic.
Zone Alarm will automatically turn off your Windows firewall if you have it.

It either means that the version of Windows is not a genuine one and is a pirated one. Or, it has not been activated and validated by Microsoft. You could go to www.microsoft.com and see if there is any way to validate it, you will have to pay them for the licence code though.
