Laughter Yoga

The fun way to (gentle) excercise. Open to ALL ages, Laughter Clubs (some 5,000 in over 50 countries worldwide) offer free weekly classes. Created by medical doctor in India, it combines laughter with gentle stretching and breathing excercises that really give participants a healthy aerobics workout. The excercises are fun despite the fact that there's no joke telling. Laughter of any kind increases the bodies natural defences, stimulates well being and positive thinking. The body doesn't know the difference between real or fake laughter; it produces endorphins regardless.
