Rockmelon and prosciutto

Simple elegance

Ingredients:

  • 1 rockmelon (800 g) 
  • 10 slices prosciutto

Optional extras:

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (see note at end of recipe)
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • ground black pepper(fresh)

Method:

Slice the rockmelon into thin wedges and serve with the proscuitto.
