  • 2 large food wraps
  • 600g pork and herb sausages
  • ½ medium onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Gently fry the onion in olive oil until translucent.

Remove the sausage meat from the skins, place sausage meat in a bowl and add the fried onion and parsley. Mix together.

Place half the filling down the middle of each wrap in a log shape. Roll the wrap around the sausage meat, ending with the seam at the bottom. Repeat with the second wrap.

Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using, cut each wrap into six sections.

Place on baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the sausage meat is cooked.
