Chocolate mug cake

I love this cake, it literally takes seconds to whip up and cook. The end result is a gooey self-saucing cake, for one. Mix, cook and serve in your favourite mug and enjoy.

  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chocolate pieces (optional)

 

Method:

Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the liquids and stir thoroughly. Drop in the chocolate if using.

Microwave for 50 seconds. Wait a couple of minutes for the cake to cool, then enjoy.
