There are endless ways you can ramp up your dinner with this great dressing. Serve it with steak or stirred into pasta or mashed potatoes, you can even use it as a dip or as a dressing over a green salad. Try making it with our homemade mayonnaise recipe, it’s well worth it.
- 140 g blue cheese
- 175 ml greek yoghurt
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- cream or water (optional)
Break up the cheese into coarse chunks into a bowl then add the yoghurt, mayo and parsley and mix to combine.
Let sit for a few minutes, salt and pepper to taste. Dilute with water or heavy cream if needed.
This will store for up to one week in the fridge.
