These bacon and egg cups are perfect for when you need a healthy snack that will keep you full.
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
Preheat oven to 200C. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Cook the bacon so it is about 50% cooked either in a frying pan or a tray in the warming oven. Then line the muffin pans with bacon so that it circles each mould.
Break an egg into the centre of each mould. Bake for about 8 minutes or until egg is cooked to the doneness of your liking.
