    thaks for that Don 021, explains why and yes it does seem just the lip that protrudes. My mum and dad never had bottom teeth, I guess it was a monetary problem when they had them out originally and their lower gums would have become hard so didn’t think in necessary. They couldn’t understand why I didn’t follow tradition and get mine out at 21 or before as had been the custom. No way ❗ ❗ Mightn’t have many left but they are all mine 🙂 🙂

    Just got my lower denture back after reline Enjoyed sardines on toast for afternoon tea as only had soup for lunch. They feel completely different  Off to Happy Hour shortly l

    Aggie, We try to have Brunswick sardines (from bulk pack of four on special } at least once a week too  We get fresh fish delivered once a week  which comes in a polystyrene box on ice  We specify gurnard, sole, monkfish ,terakihi.My lower dentures best ones I have to date.I am looking forward  a good steak next time our social group goes to  the Richmond Club.Cheers Dr.Livingstone 😀

    😎 Way to go dr L! At least things are looking up with the mouth situation. Bet you can’t wait for that steak! At least you’ll be able to have a bit more variation of food now.

    Yep, we prefer Brunswick also. So glad for you your teeth have improved. Country friend was in town for consult on Monday to be told there is nothing that can be done for existing set so is going ahead with new ones. He too will be looking forward to a good steak.

    Phoned my Dentures Replacement man  this morning to say the new  dentures are proving  to be a success.I have been enjoying a wider range of foods alreadyThank goodness for Polident! So I have another appointment in six weeks.
