So Bill English has resigned after a long career of Public Service. Best wishes to him. Now the jostling and horsetrading continues eh? Who is a possibility? So he leaves Parliament on February 27th The Greens Co Leader James Shaw has just paid tribute to his public service and acknowledged Mary English and the whole English family and wishes them all well.

Actually Doc, all effective politicians bring something in the way of baggage with them. It is those experiences that give them an understanding of society. MPs without such experience end up demonstrating a limited ability to understand the experiences of others.
I behave therefore I am.

So Was former tobacco executive Chris Bishop M.P. nobbled from the inside over Snapcat discussions? Co-incidence? I quite liked the personable M.P.because of his candour on TV1 Breakfasts regular slot.Cheers 😀

Drlivingstone, Every time you mention Chris Bishop MP, you just have to add that he was a former tobacco executive.
It’s only just (senility definitely setting in) sunk in that you couldn’t say ex whatever of any Labour MP as none of them ever had a real job before becoming MPs.
Thanks for that.#1667731drlivingstone February 14, 2018 at 7:38 am

Drlivingstone, What’s all that got to do with the price of fish?
None of that answers my question.
