While I’m a lucky “Out-sidser” that only felt the shakes in the distance and saw the effects on the one-eyed monster in the corner, I have to say that the One Thing that stands out is the way the Insurance Companies have dicked around and done what ever they could do to keep the money in their Banks for as long as posable, regardless of the hardships their customers had. Seems to an outsider that they had no feeling.

Bryan, You have hit the nail right on the head on this matter. The stress thousands were put under  testament to that fact.We have friends still fighting seven years on.The Residential Advisory Service  helped settle 4500  outstanding insurance claims There were countless public meetings to highlight the plight of many.

I was ‘enthroned’ having just watched two episodes of Castle. Thought ‘hmmm…. short and sharp but it feels like a 4.’ By crikey we are good at estimating them eh ❗ ❗
